Xavier co-founded AREV Partners, and is a member of the Investment Committee.
After graduating from HEC, he began his career at the Boston Consulting Group.
He started in the private equity industry in 2001 and joined Cinven where he was a partner and head of the French office. Xavier executed several transactions in the technology, services, consumer and industrials sectors.
Married and father of 2, you will find him on the slopes in the Alps when he has free time.
