NexInlife

Founded in 1992, NexInLife is a MedTech CDMO specializing in the development and manufacturing of catheters for minimally invasive surgical applications, notably in cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, and oncology. NexInLife brings together MS Techniques and Transluminal and offers a complete end-to-end service offering, from development to manufacturing. NexInLife serves an international client base comprising OEMs, CDMOs, and innovative MedTech companies.

Headquartered in France, NexInLife brings together MS Techniques and Transluminal, which were acquired from the Saint-Gobain Group.

MS Techniques specializes in the thermoplastic extrusion of precision components, supplying tubing, sheaths, and sub-components for the medical catheter sector. Transluminal focuses on the design, prototyping, assembly, and series manufacturing of advanced catheter systems. The companies operate in cleanroom environments and are ISO 13485 certified.

Leveraging its medical expertise, polymer science know-how, and R&D capabilities, NexInLife has strengthened its positioning in innovative, high value-added medical applications. The Group operates in two industrial sites located in Pompey (France) and employs approximately 130 people.

The catheter market is experiencing strong growth, driven by the expansion of minimally invasive surgical techniques and the aging population in Europe and the United States. AREV I’s strategy is to accelerate NexInLife’s development in continental Europe, Ireland, and the United States, through both organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
