Andres joined AREV Partners as Managing Director in 2022.
After graduating from Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge (U.K.) and International Management School Bad Malente (Germany), he started his career at KPMG followed by 13 years in investment banking at Barclays Capital in London and Frankfurt and Lincoln International in Frankfurt, most recently as Managing Director. During his time, he has completed more than 60 transactions with focus on M&A and financing mainly in the Tech, Software, Healthcare, Business Services and Industrials sectors.
Andres moved to the Private Equity industry in 2019 when he joined the Hamburg Office of IK Partners where he was responsible for the origination, execution and management of minority investments.
Andres is passionate about sailing. He is fluent in English and German.
